been down for the last 3 races for me.  Can always guarantee my afternoon will get dragged down in the mud one way or another on here at some point.  After a stinking day yesterday, I was doing well today until this.  Figures.

bcm2....instead of the usual postings of "video is experiencing problems" followed by " video is resolved" can we instead gat an explanation as to what causes the persistant problems....what is it that the tech guys can't quite sort out???

duffy - I'd rather it didn't flipping break down, than find out what causes it to do so But regularly it's something our providers do that we only find out happened after it's rectified. I wish I could offer you more than that - and if I can, I will.

The last race at Kempton, what a mess.
Stuttering and so delayed, much more than usual. The race suspended ages before the line.
They have the same video at Bet365 - will run them side-by-side next race to see if they are equally as good/bad.

Total mess again in the 19.20 at Kempton.
Stuttering, slow.

It wasn't smooth running at Bet365 either.
Sometimes ahead at Bet365 sometimes behind.

What does it achieve!?  Your IT department have you by the balls - they set the rules - management can't/won't control them.

The point to take here is that the video feed at bet365 of the same race was equally screwed up.

The issue is with the people supplying the feed (or else why is it naff at Betfair and 365?)

These people need the kick in the backside. I am sure BF and 365 are paying plenty for a naff feed.
