Never ever put the horse in with a chance of winning that race

A very strange ride. Did he lose much ground at the start?
Report TRD.Racing • October 11, 2011 2:45 PM BST
Nope, just sat there out the back doing nothing till well inside the last furlong
Report gman500 • October 11, 2011 2:45 PM BST
the guy is terribly overrated and a c nut
Report lof2010 • October 11, 2011 2:45 PM BST
i bit ,but someone told him he was riding ARAZI.
Report TRD.Racing • October 11, 2011 2:48 PM BST
If you owned that horse, you would be asking yourself what a waste of a riding fee
Report Tallywagger. • October 11, 2011 2:48 PM BST
can't see why he wanted to be so far back on a horse dropping in trip.
Report TerryHenry • October 11, 2011 2:49 PM BST
Hughes will be eating well tonight

a seller on a tuesday at leicester appears not to be mr hughes prefered engagement ...methinks
Report denathorn • October 11, 2011 2:52 PM BST
Why should he use the whip? Look at the trouble it landed him in yesterday!!!
Report TRD.Racing • October 11, 2011 2:52 PM BST
Where he had the horse it was never going to win,not only that,it never had a chance to win from 4f out
Report Chompy_imo • October 11, 2011 2:59 PM BST
lol, utter thickets
Report DeSSieReborn • October 11, 2011 2:59 PM BST
Class jockey, typical bombardment for a loser. Same with Fallon on other thread with his first ride.

Chins up chaps, a lot of other good jocks have failed on this one.

one thick person on here and he posted at 14.59

*Note to self* Sarcasm does not go down well in these parts.

My pocket wasn't talking, just being realistic. Horses are not machines

overly patient ride would probably have got third if whip was applied at any stage
He probably did not want third so he could infuriate the punters he is that type of chap

I agree watchit. I've often thought that this has been Hughes' modus operandi.
Report DeSSieReborn • October 11, 2011 3:05 PM BST
TRD has he ridden the horse before today?
Report MaxED • October 11, 2011 3:06 PM BST
place laying the rest of his mounts today after that last one
Report TRD.Racing • October 11, 2011 3:09 PM BST
dessie,no he has not. It was a pretty average seller, with horses of limited ability, but not even giving a horse the chance to win is always going to be a poor ride
Report MaxED • October 11, 2011 3:46 PM BST
not interested today
