It`s unintelligent not to arb these days.

He put up a horse at 3/1, the horse got well backed into 5/4 and won handy. Surely he should be getting a well done from people? And i saw he did the same yesterday putting up a horse at 7/2 that won at 5/4. Give the man his dues.
