Ratings on racecards are adjusted to 10 st - in order to compare ratings for horses carrying different weights, such as in Handicap races.
The ratings on the TIMEFORM site will be the horses, UNadjusted, BASE ratings
Thus the ratings on ATR would have been the RACECARD ratings -
Casper Netscher - BASE rating 112 + 16 ( that being the difference between 8st 12lb and 10 st) = 128.
There is, however, a 1lb anomaly with the Bapak Chinta rating ....
But, sometimes/often Timeform - and Racing Post Ratings, too - exercise a little 'licence' in further adjusting the adjusted racecard ratings, to suit their own appraisal of the race.
