On face value Stuart Williams is the highest win rate trainer when running a horse with penalty (3yo+ hcps)

You will note Swansea Jack failed to win at this track with a penalty
He has ran at Kempton on four oaccasions and won three but the losing race was over 8f – a distance that it has never won at.
Also he is currently at his highest rating.
It might be a tough order tonight to win three on the trot, and with the weight and distance possibly against him
