on Saturday I transferred a sum of money direct to my debit account. On Sunday BF reversed this. I rang the helpdesk only to be informed that it was "a 1 in a 1000 "
occurrence and it would be corrected.
Same happened yesterday. I explained to them that they were a casual,useless arrogant piece of ****. They are becoming increasingly rudderless and a million miles away from the early BF that won awards from industry. They are staggering from one rick after another. The young man who copped it from me yesterday has promised to call back. How can they withdraw your money without a phone call ? It wasn't a settling error or a correction from an altered result. It was simply my bloody money.

blimey. Just got a call and a little compo. What a splendid company. I've always liked them and won't hear a word said against them.
I just noticed I have been getting charged something called PREMIUM CHARGE'S. Latest was £1,177.01 I think this is a rip off After all they charge commission on winning
