Frankie says it would be more cruel to ban the whip because trainers would be harsher to the horses behind the scenes - he has experience of that from Scandinavia.

So that's a case for not banning the whip then! Don't forget Dettori thinks that "Joey Barton is just the kind of person 'racing' should be trying to attract." He's a bigger idiot than he looks ..... and that takes some doing. |

I think frankie will have to find a better reason for not having the whip banned than that, cant see why that would happen anyway.
