Probably reasonable to assume the horses bunched up between 2nd and 7th ran to about 123/124 , so 133 ish for the winner IMO

Though agree with AT on how this works . If you swapped the finishing positions of So You Think and Danedream, the placed horses would have been given 127 and SYT would have been about 137/138.

I remember being really p1ssed off when they rated Pebbles lower than Slip Anchor.
The flashy colts always seem to get higher than the brilliant filies.

I think she will be rated as "obscure" and "German" and a host of excuses for the whole of the rest of the field and a Soviet linesman will come into play giving her an unjustly low rating.

Agree with Sterling she'll be treated like a german bolt from the blue and rated on the performances of the vanquished rather than her electric turn of foot.
