trainer said a few weeks ago it would be his last race.
I have to say this is one of the reasons flat racing will NEVER match NH These horses are gone in a season or 2, STS will never hold any affection for me compared to the likes of Goldikovan and too many NH horses to mention. It's a rancid rich mans playground Im afffraid, a prduction line and very little sport on the flat |

Zippie one line your praising Frankel the next your giving out about Flat racing production. If Galileo didnt retire at 3 you would have no Frankel this year. Champions retire to breed new Champions that is the name of the game.
