They (prices) are certainly not held at BetFred and/or old Tote shops and if your shop is a late opener just forget about it (the pricewise in the Cambridgeshire was a classic example and then you were limited to a tenner per customer NOT slip if you could get on). It is incredibly unfair. Clearly care nothing for their often loyal customers.

Tote/Fred are a disgrace. EMP guarantee from 08:30 - 08:45, shop open 09:00!!! As a matter of interest I asked the manager if he knew of any shops that open at 08:30 and he told me he didn't and all shops in the area definately opened at 09:00; they should either come clean and join the list of books that admit to not holding prices or guarantee prices for 15 mins after shops open - common sense to any fair minded person; it's about time the RP told them to guarantee prices when shops are actually open or removed them from the list as it beggars belief that a bookie can guarantee prices when shops are closed. I'm surprised they aren't advertising 100/1 for every horse in every race, guaranteed 08:30 - 08:45, but perhaps that would be going too far even for this joker!

I'm no fan of Joe, especially since their green tick (which included an underhanded removal of their BOG) but I have never had any problem getting EMP during the guaranteed period, which has changed when shop opening times have changed.

No probs with Joe at all - and they have 1/3 odds eway and money back if 2nd to Saphresa.

i cant stand korals as they shut my telephone account and also restrict me to 25 poxy quid in their shops but in fairness they held 5/1 this morning from 10-10.15 in their shop that opened at 10 and then they lay it again at 11-11.15 in the shops that open at 11.

thats how it should work in the shops or at least lay it at the same time in every shop at a certain time but only when they are open obviously!!
