I have no favourite Elvis songs. I remember hearing the news on Caerphilly Mountain on the way home from a pub at 2200 in '77. I asked the driver to turn around in order to celebrate the passing of the useless racist cheeseburger.

I was just reading a post on YT under Red Rum's final victory in the Grand National about 1977. As well as Elvis dying that year, Bing Crosby and Charlie Chaplin did too. And The Minstrel won the Derby notching up and eighth win in the race for The Long Fellow
