Just to remind me, Facts, your conclusions were besides it will fail in the long run ...
Level stakes betting is the only way, anything else incorporates chasing So I should be happy with an average of 285 points profit after 1200 days. and you also agreed with... Staking plans are generally BS. I hope that you weren't referring to Level Stakes as that's a BS STAKING PLAN. Retrospectively, you can always jig them (ie backfit) so that you have bigger bets on your winners, and smaller ones on your losers, and then make out they're the secret to success. But they ain't. So I didn't bother retrospectively showing results from the system with maidens or Group 1 or WLTO selections removed because that's backfitting. If you're good at picking, you'll make a profit without a staking plan. If you're not, you won't. A staking plan won't turn you from a losing punter into a winning one, or vice versa. Let me refer you to a thread that has been 'successfully' going for more than a year. This is my chart from my blog 'Cutting out the Middleman' representing a STAKING PLAN on losing punters from the thread. [ This image is no longer available. ] So much for it 'won't turn you from a losing punter into a winning one, or vice versa. If you're good, then just gradually increase your stake as your bank grows. Well, I can't be 'good' for even though the BS STAKING PLAN above increased my average profit to 364 points, I lost 3 banks of 100 points. I should have invested in gold and silver instead. ![]() |
