Customer service RIP

I tried 2 have a bet on the UK Derby and was on hld for 7 minutes and was offered some "advice.." for free - so you know the quality. Three calls later and 2 emails Betfair Helpless desk can't find phone call or emails.....amazing if this is the help desk...meanwhile my account remains idle and my commission for winning bets goes up as I am not playing...so if this was/is the case off double jeapordy well for a win bet I have Lost and been made a fool of for over 48 hrs...when is enough enough!!!
