Afternoon Greg Gory.. I am currently working nights so cannot get on enough and I am trying to concentrate on the AW at the moment. pop over to the US now and again and do okay but tend to just do one card and not go mad.. way to easy to be suckered into the playing a race every 5 minutes. hope all good with you?

I'd argue the most important things to have as a gambler is patience, to stick to your rules/system and never chase. If your addicted though you'll find this tough going.
