I have packed it in for the day now, but for what it's worth the two that would be of intertest to me in the last two races at ascot are briock Red and safari Journey who both appeal as each-way bets. The former is omproving and potentially well handicapped - especially on it's short-head second to Ransom Note. At around 7s it's the one I would back if I was playing. safari journey is potnetially chucked in on the ratings and has plenty of form on soft. Can't see it being out of the frame, but the fact it's an amateurs race put me off having a bet. Godd luck whatever you decide  |

cant beleive it i looked at the last race and i thought mm laddie sponsered race do an outsider ,was so close to backing it went onto sporting life and clicked on its runs after 60 day break never even come close so i left the race i was going to do £25 ew ,dont get me wrong i have had a great day ,but thats one that got away,

Morning all. My early thoughts on today's action. Plenty of value about - so get stuck in!
3.40 Ascot - Axiom - backed at 12s. Loves the going and 4lb better of with ASdvanced for 1/4 length beating last year. Won with far more in hand than winning margin at Goodwood last time. 4lb rise underestimates the performance. Had small each-way saver on Advanced at 33s who ran well from low draw in Ayr Gold Cup, loves the ground and is way overpriced. 4.15 Ascot - backed Poet's Voice each-way ante-post at 14s before Canford came out. Improving, acts on going and looks each-way steal to me. 3.20 Market Rasen - Backed Ellerslie George at 8s. Has plenty in his favour in that he goes extremely well fresh and has slipped down to a nice mark. Won Badger Ales in good style last year and must take all the beating. 2.35 Haydock - Bollin felix. Backed each-way at 12s. Loves the heavy and not too badly treated. will be staying on strongly when others have waved the white flag. 3.10 Haydock - Fullandby looks incredible each-way value at 20s. Now running off lowest ever mark for four years and finally gets the heavy going he loves. Excellent fourth to Poet's Place a few runs back at this track in race that is working out really well and thrown up plenty of winners. Also well drawn in stall 17 as high numbers have advantage in the mud. Good luck whatever you decide |

Good luck with Oceana mart. That race looks a tricky one to sya the least.
I think there is plenty of value about today, and expect a few of those I have backed to really shorten. Main bet is Axiom, but also very sweet on Fullandby and couldn't believe all the 20s about first thing. Had to get my hoover out quick |
