BIG GURU, no probs, in the last year I've had 3 ops, one on my spine 2 on my right leg, I'm in more pain now than ever before. I can handle that (just) but the sleep deprivation is causing a re-lapse of M.E, I was completely bedridden with it for 4 years in 1990, but had made a 90% recovery. But I'm determined to beat the b@stard. Happy

Koi ,

I traded out on your one at 1.99 to a free bet  and then went on the McCoy mount double drat .

Only limited damage .

I like the way that one of your@s traded , no need for rod action .

That CryCrywas for the horse Boxy,I took ill in 1986 and after a year was diagnosed with M.E.,at first I thought I was dying,I was a young man with a family, worked hard (and played hard tbf)and didn't know what had hit me,went back to work after 6 mths saw a professor Behan at the Southern General in Glasgow 6mths later(took 8mths to get appointment),described all my symptoms(which were by now a lot better) and he said I was describing a classic case of M.E.
Still never been 100% since.

tuts, the symptoms I had were that I felt as i every organ in my body was painful, felt terrible as if I had the flu all the time, was absolutely washed out, could hardly get out of bed. these were the main ones.MS,potentially a lot worse, not to take anything away from M.E.sufferers as I know that can be devastating too.

Guru ,

They keep telling my cousin , there is no medication for his condition as his got the progressive type . So sad .But waiting for this NEW Cannabis inhaler ,but the docs are reluctant to give it out .

Is there any medication for ME,sorry for the ignorance .

Don't think it's changed tuts, all they could do was treat the symptoms, painkillers for pain etc.
By:

Tutan,I think it affects different people in different ways, but no there is no medication. As a result of having it I have little tolerance to medication of any kind.

He has drugs but nothing to stop the progression of MS ,for his balance mainly , the shaking , the eye tremors and many other symptoms.Makes me very sad when I think about him .

It is sad tuts, was just looking on the net about interferon, this from Wikipedia

Interferon beta-1a and interferon beta-1b are used to treat and control multiple sclerosis, an autoimmune disorder. This treatment is effective for slowing disease progression and activity in relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis and reducing attacks in secondary progressive multiple sclerosis

Surely if this is the type of MS he has they would give him this,I know it is expensive mind you.

The Illness has taken to long to diagnose and taken its toll .It is like an cancer that has attacked everything and no drugs will help .
But can potter around like this for years but go downhill very slowly ,but luckly his brain is functioning normally but eveRY OTHER FUNCTION OF THE BODY HAS   slowed down by 75% .
