The term for being resuscitated twice is double resuscitation, or more specifically, double sequential defibrillation (DSED)

Ironically, the horse referred to in the topic title that did indeed "GET THE **** IN" was Rip Van Winkle by winning the 2010 Juddmonte at York by half a length from Twice Over.

This thread didn't sleep as long as the original Rip Van Winkle did but nevertheless get within five years of him.
