I don't give a toss what they look like, tbh.

If they concentrate on the Scoop 6 then at least they will be talking about racing, though having a "special guest" (wonder if they'll ask him about warnings off) does not inspire confidence: did the producer not notice the Scoop 6 building up until after the guest was booked?

lesley started the day by announcing that thirsk was "off" this evening.

great way to attract folk to racing.

Tom's attempt at humour is undermined by his delivery.

Really have to feel for him having to pay out the 1/3 Big Bucks at Chelts and then the reversal in favour of Special Duty. Doesnt make up for the immense number of amazing results the bookies have had all year ... poor guy must be on his last few bob.

Why would you lay over the exchanges rather than lay on the exchanges?

Does Lesley really think that people "new to the sport" watch the Morning Line in huge numbers?

Fractional odds are better explained and understood as ratios rather than fractions imo.

Eg 4/5 means "4 to 5" not "4 fifths to one". Easier to understand even though mathematically the same.

The point for Racing For Change is that ratios are also easier to understand than, to continue the example, "0.8 to one".

Did Tom just read out the world's most boring Banks story, or was it the way he tells 'em?

OK, so I was wrong about the Scoop 6 leading the ML to concentrate on racing previews.
