the victoria cup looks a cracking contest. the fallon ridden mabait looks very short in such a competitive handicap but i'm sure many on here will fancy it. not sure about the fahey two, castle in the air has the apprentice up to negate the rise in mark after his pontefract win, just dont fancy it. prime exhibit was very keen in the lincoln and unless he settles better cant see him getting involved in the finish. oratory ran well in the spring cup at newbury but that was a really muddling race and is a form line i wouldnt trust, he looks short enough also. of the others, dhular dhar has gone well in theses types of races before and is sure to be well punted. splendourinthe grass could go well from an up and coming stable and i'm sure loads others can be fancied. the one i like is the henry candy trained SIGNOR PELTRO E/W at around 16's. finished 4th in this last year and ran well in a few large field handicaps. looks to be well enough drawn, stable in decent enough form, although the handicap mark looks high enough and you could argue he might be a couple of pounds too high. i still think he should go well.
