How do you know how the horse will take it's first appearance at a racecourse?

Does he like going into and coming out of the stalls?

How do you know the horse will settle, race may not be run to suit the horse?

So many question marks over horses first time out but best of luck.

Although the weight for age scale for 2yos against older horses doesn't start til later in season working backwards if they ran against older horses in May they would get about 35lb so if it is beating a 110 rated horse easily we are talking about a 2yo with a potential rating in excess of 150.
