There have been worse incidents that haven't went to the stewards, and for ch4 to interview the owner in depth when there was always a chance of it being overturned is slighty out of order imo. As for Queally not keeping his whip in the proper hand......a three day ban......

The owner seemed to be a tad bitter towards CH4, for things that were said in the past about him. Anyone know what hat involved? He also mentione Neo Nazis???

"THE owner of Baddam, the stayer who won twice at Royal Ascot in 2006 when trained by Mick Channon, will feature in a Channel 4 documentary later this week.

Noël Martin, a Jamaican Briton, was left a quadriplegic following a racial attack by neo-Nazis in East Germany 13 years ago.

In the programme, TheFinishing Line, to be screened on Friday at 7.35pm, Martin tells of his deep frustration at being unable to pat Baddam after the gelding's triumph in the Ascot Stakes and, four days later, the successful follow up in the Queen Alexandra Stakes.

He was the first horse to complete the double since Mountain Cross in 1978.

Martin says that Baddam is the love of his life following the death of his wife due to cancer. He also discusses his decision to approach an assisted suicide clinic in Switzerland, feeling that it "is time to die with dignity"."

Typical brits, don't give a **t about anyone, and think of nothing more than laughing at the misfortune of others. I wouldn't give 90% of british the time of day. A pathetic bunch of people I could easily live without.

There are good people here but not many.

I'm with you MC Roller. There are some decent people but they are vastly outnumbered by the army of armchair gob**es in here. The closest most of whom have been to a racehorse is their TV screens.
