Guys,

When laying what's best? Level stakes or level liability? My lays will all be below 3/1 (4) and aim to hit a 65%+ strike rate...

Cheers

Cheers Destroyer, you try and get some legitimate advice, and end up getting one reply!

research shows Fixed Profit staking is pretty much always more effective.

Level liability here. Level stakes when backing equals level liability when laying. Personal preference I suppose.

Liability for me! Keep stringent records and stay disciplined!

RULE NUMBER ONE
Lay losers far to hard to come from behind PLAYING TO BIG ODDS ON ALL THE TIME

Joined in '03, had the odd bet, used betfair mainly for the reads on the forum.
1st time attempting to lay as I think I may have found an edge on the flat racing.
What question should I have asked??

in my first reply on this thread.

You have asked a popular question asked on here and other forums often. Whenever I see it I always answer the same way.

Nobody has ever asked which research - ever!

Ian.....I cant see how you will win with a 65% strike rate unless I'm missing something.

according to stats - 3/1 shots only win a bout 22% so Ian has his math right..obviously different types of races the stats will differ - but it is on adrian massey site for last ten years the stats of winning 3 or 4 / 1 shots
