Sorry to say gents but I did agree that the change was a waist of time however having just been out for a meal with a great Bimiingham.
Legal Wiz. and he informed me that it is inevitable that the change to one pricing structure will come in at the same time and change to racecourse charges, and there will be one price structure and it wlll be the same as the rest of the country and that is decimal the same as Betfair.
And other prices will be illegal

it appeared that they were not using betfair like decimals 3.0 was 3/1 not 2/1 :(
