Well ascot are obviously not using the proper system are they, as reconised by almost all bookmakers and exchanges.
uk - its not Ascot, its Racing For Change & a grand total of 3 bookmakers are doing it out of a whole ring full.

The trouble is that experienced punters are in the minority on course and if they see 5.0 on a board they will expect 5/1 to their money. A lot of the people we have to deal with throughout the summer are argumentative aggressive and short tempered & I can see fighting on the racecourse if decimal odds including stakes were ever introduced.

The bookies and course should not bow to these people and if they get angry, they should be imprisoned. Simple.

Evens should be 1 imo, it's 1-1 init. Do you win one times your money or two not counting the steak?

In that J mcCrick piece both he and the booky being interviewed said 0.33 was 3/10, surely its 1/3.

We have American odds on a UK based site.
They changed the soccer forum to football, perhaps it's time they sorted out the odds

odds have always been expressed as return tho, it's not just betfair is it, tote and everyone else do the same
baffling why on-course want to do it different, just makes their odds look smaller and confuses everyone in the process
