Spata , having read your statement . I am presuming , you worked for the The Local Authority as a Locksmith , correct me if I am wrong .
By:
sparta 012
When: 24 Apr 10 13:39
thats right in a way tutan it was 1 of my duties , it was an emergency call out service . yes it was for the local authority

By:
sparta 012
When: 24 Apr 10 13:49
cheers splicer that may be good advice saturdays have always been a bad day for me, you seem confident about fairoak lad and i hope it wins but there have been 2 others given in this race and i myself fancied the package.
i agree though i will put my lucky 15 off until tomorrow

This all sounds very strange for a Local Authority to take such action , on a individual who has had 23 years service , without prior warnings . If they have taken this action on this one incident , you have a very good claim against them .

Local authority drone out of work?

We're supposed to feel sympathy?

Stop whining, get another job.

BTW:- Total irresponsibility banging out so many brats.

not when the 2 managers involved came to the job together it was the ideal oppurtunity to get rid , i didnt get on with them both and they have both lied although the tenant was not interviewed at my request except for a brief statement which 1 of my colleagues got from the tenant , then both managers told the investigating officer the only independant was incoherent on drugs or drink , it did not help by the guy been west indian and been hard to understand but he has told my union that what the managers says took place , didnt and that it was the opposite the 6 foot 6 ex bouncer gaffer was the 1 who was been aggressive towards me , that was the case , i had a difference of opinion and the bully gaffer wouldnt let me get my point across , he just told me to bodge the job in front of the tenant and i end up sacked .
winds me up every time i talk about it grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You're pathetic.

Been there.

No job, c0ck all.

Didn't need to make my situation public knowledge.

Took me 12 months to get back on my feet, but now earn big 5 fig salary.

What the hell are you doing betting when you've got nowt?

Next stop cardboard city?

Er...

No.

Don't you understand English?

I was writing about my situation when I was out of work.

But seriously...

...it sounds like you've really got an unrealistic view of what can be achieved.

Stop betting and spend what pittance you've got remaining on your unfortunate family. They have my sympathy - it looks like you may see them out on the streets.

tutan - No, I don't.

I have a wife, daughter, two horses, dog and two cats.

Horses cost more than kids, but I can always sell 'em when times get hard.

What on earth makes anyone want more than two kids defies belief.

There should be a law against it.
