Was going to Wolver tmrow to take advantage of the Free entry, but reading Wolverhampton,s M anaging Directors comments Dave Roberts " Racegoers have had to book tickets to the free fixtures. "If new racegoers turn up on the day will they be made to pay the usual admission price?

Imagine arriving at say Ascot for a freebie, and then finding you have to pay £5 for car and £3 for card, maybe X2,so it is important to see if they are free also.

Why not promote Towcester being free? The one piece of good news amongst the racecourses' greed.
Also, Huntingdon stated at their last meeting that you need a voucher to get in for free but that these vouchers will be available at the turnstiles too.
I think RFC will be amazed at how many people called Mickey Mouse register.

Great idea - Ascot's my favourite track so free tickets welcomed and they send me e-mails anyway, I get about 30 junk e-mails a day takes a minute to delete them, I can live with that

To be fair Oshun, they have to charge on the premium days to control the crowd sizes on the advice of Health & Safety. I was there at the first free Boxing Day & there must have been near 15,000 people there which just wasnt safe.
At a tenner for good facilities in tatts its still cheaper than anywhere else on the big days.

I agree. A tenner is still good value but I heard quite a few comments that people were expecting free admission. I'd rather pay a tenner there than £15 upwards at a lot of other places
