Graham, Its not just about being a rep for punters its about your own self honesty. If you are banned as you must be if you are successful as a punter then as a media person why accept quitely all the bookmaker lies and propganda. If just once one of you guys would stand up and be counted
By:
We must ask ourselves what we are doing here ,
Can we really dislike someone for being a puppet for the bookmakers and looking out for himself by hopping aboard the train , given the choice wouldnt you ? |
By:
No I would not, you have to remember, and this is afact. Most racing journalists are not capable of making a living for themselves from betting. Eeven somne who have turned a profit from newspaper tips could not cut it if severed from the monthly salary

My initial comment, as one other contributor alluded to, was about the organisers who contriolled the whole chat sham. However I would have no hesitation extending it to your good self now you have stated that you have no empathy with the problems and injustices punters face. |
By:
Tipsters, just like bookmakers pray on the ignorant punters who have little understanding of value and how to form an opinion and make profits for themselves.
Its nauseating to see people using their high profiles to open a tipping service simply to lawfully steal money from simpletons. |

While typing all this I forgot to tune into the 1.10 where the my money was happily on the appropriately named FALLEN IDOL

There is nothinhg wrong with tipping lines Benny. Sadly most punters take the same care over selecting one as they do with their personal punting. I have no idea if Graham has a line or if its profitable
By:
Graham I see you have chosen not to respond to my earlier points-no surprise-its hard to defend tne indefensible!!
By:
If you are interested in the philosophy of successful punters I have a book out (shameless plug forgive me) which includes an interview with your good friend Graham ... Hugh Taylor
By:
And presumably by your logic, HT cannot be a successful punter.
By:
Graham
I suspect you was hoping for a torrent of abuse on here, well as you can see the debate is quite erudite and informned and yet you still choose to walk |
By:
I suspect you was hoping for a
And you have written a book?!? |

By:
Mole
There is a difference between successful pro punter and successful newspaper tipster. I do not know how successful Hugh is a punter but he is a good judge for sure. |
By:
Correct on that point.
By:
I am a poor typist Mole and certtainly no Hemingway. I think a few grammatical typos when hammering the keys at pace can be forgiven
By:
mole/steve,
your wasting your time. |
By:
yikes those photos on your site Graham, who on earth had that idea?
By:
you are correct corbie - laters
By:
Some of the stuff on here is out of order - though i dont think he called you a parasite, Graham but the inference was clear all the same - but the fact remains that the general theme of this thread is 100pc correct; it is impossible to get any kind of bet now if you have a history of winning or beating the price, and this is never commented on in any media outlet due to commercial considerations.
it is pretty rancid. |
By:
Its rather sad that a so called racing pundit, employed by RUK comes on here displays loutish behaviour and when faced with some serious ,relevant points runs away- hope people who subscribe to his very unsuccessful tipping site see this man in his true colours

It's the second time this week. Mr Williams vented his spleen earlier in the week. Now Mr Cunningham does the same. Wonder what dear Bruce makes of betfair forumites now? Would they be as low as b**kmakers yes men?
By:
Graham
Why dont we arrange that meeting on course as you suggest. I will arrange for a camera c rew and we can video the debate live onto the net |
By:
I think if you had started the thread somewhere along those lines you would have got a response to your last question Josh.
He responded the same way as anyone else would when being insulted, fair play to him |
By:
Khyber
sometimes you have to rattle the cage if you want to get the inhabitants out. Mr Cunnigham would not have responded to a un provocative question about his role in a bookmaker backed QA sham this morning |
By:
Joshuag. I think you still misunderstand me. I have zero interest in any form of debate with you other than the one involving you calling me a parasite. Now if you want to drop your anonymity and reveal your true name - just as I have - then we might be able to go forward. If not, that's your decision.
By:
Graham
I am happy to give my name to you, what would be the reason for you needing it ? |
By:
He's usually pretty quick to appear on here to answer any fair minded question in my experience.
Maybe the original post was a bit harsh |
By:
In summary, the reason I am relaunching Betmaverick is simple. Phase one gave me some of the most exciting highs of my career. It also caused untold frustration in the latter stages, but the experience was invaluable and I remain convinced this site can provide serious punters with a valuable edge in their battle to make their betting more rewarding.
Best regards, Graham Cunningham No Graham the reason you relaunched Betmaverick is to get £35 per month from guillable people April 2010 Running Loss this month: -3.85 points Hope you well have the decency to return all the£35 subscriptions at the end of this month if you dont show a profit- 1.01--- it wont happen |

If Grahams line is 3pts down thsi month it means nothing. The crucial question is where does it stand at the end of the year. At least his figures are accountable or appear to be. |

Joshuag. Unlike some, I have no interest whatsoever in being a tribune for the punters. Shameless self publicity :-) and this attitude can be seen with your tipping . |
By:
So that we are operating on fair minded terms like two sensible adults. And so that I can do my research in order to assess whether you have any vested interests. I'm sure that could not be the case, though, so how about it? I don't think it's too much to ask. Do you?
By:
Question to Graham. If your still about.
Do you back your tips before or after you put them up to subscribers ? |
By:
He'll do it on one condition....That you stopped doing that frightening stare into the camera every 30 seconds.
By:
no Josh- Graham is charging per month and since it failed miserably last year- he is down this month after 27 selections I think this shows he has not and will not provide punters with a profit and therefore should stop
By:
newboy - you sound like a disgruntled subscriber. Caveat Emptor.
By:
Graham may have the best interests of punters in his heart (being a hardened ex-punter) but unfortunately is another one who has hopped on board the "gravy train" and will milk every avenue possible to give himself the exposure to succeed as a media and business man, I personally would rather be penniless than be greased by the bookmaking palms.
By:
Graham why are you so relustant to discuss the merits or otherwise of your Betmaverick tipping site?
By:
Graham
I have emailed you on Betmaverick, if you can confirm on here the content I will then know that you are indeed Graham Cunningham, |
