im flying end of june with Delta

been twice, once with United and the other with Continental. To be honest most of the US airlines are much the same once your onboard.

Used Air Canada last year with change in Toronto. Excellent way to do it as transalantic leg not too long.

Missed connection on way back as I went into Toronto and traffic was bad on way back to airport (12 hr lay over). They still got me home for no extra charge.

Would look to use again. Toronto well worth a visit btw.

Vancouver is a long way round, although great for a stopover if poss.

They is all the same. Gone to Vegas a few times with United imo, they is fine. Try to get the connection through San Fran or Denver if poss, leaves just a quick hop the other end.

My son is going next month (he's 22).
Any suggestion of where to go / things to do ?
I went 6 years ago with MrsU2 but he'll be looking at a different type of holiday than we had.
How much has it changed in 6 years ?
They were building the Wynne hotel back then

did the vancouver stoppover once, wouldn't recommend it unless you're staying there for a day or 2

went with american last aug changed at chicargo on way there and dallas on way home....was really simple and no waiting around long for connecting flights.
