As a Michael Dods follower, I can say he is a fantastic jockey. Not too often he gets one beat that should have won

was doing nicely last season....good for him he's carried the form through

phillip makin is a very underatted jockey and seldom makes mistakes.

certainly no worries backing him each way.

I am a disciple of David Barron so by default think highly of Makin riding at Southwell. He has been on top of the best route(s) to take for quite some time imho.

There are a number of very good young jockeys coming through at the moment,Makin,Dobbs,Probert,and of course Buick,when you watch these young hungry jockeys ride and then watch Fallon,if you didnt know who they were,you would never pick Fallon as the best of the the bunch.
