I managed to lay the 1/8 chance McCoy was on at the weekend, so I am pressing some up here anyhow. Probably long odds against on me managing to get 2 in a row beaten!! :-)

You had a good result on the McCoy horse if I recall, 10K or so, so good luck but really little to no opposition so you may need it to beat itself tbf..

I did Overseas - it was a nice lift! I have a feeling it might not get round, at these odds I don't need to get too many right. It's a smaller bet for me this time, but would still be a significant win!

Not in your league as regards stakes, but as I've opined before... its all about the price as against the chance (s) of the backed/layed... really the form doesn't come into it ! ;)

I agree HD. I hardly ever play on here any more though - after the last "crash" I'm just not willing to risk it. Still doing a lot of each way business in shops though!! It's quite good fun at times! Glad to hear things are going well - hope it keeps going for the foreseeable future.

just giving my opinion ....horse looked out on its feet and was hanging in....would have been amazed if they would have picked up again..

Bati - the "facts" as you put them are, that yes, you are right, LOTS of people know more than him.... It wouldn't be that hard.

The FACTS are: Synthe Davis Sire's sire, Cadoudal managed to just get 18f and no more, and Rose Laurel the Dam's Sire stayed 13f. The horses pedigree, is clear - there are serious doubts about the horse staying the trip. Once every few months one of these non-staying types seems to go off at a ridiculous price, mainly because of what they are running against. But even running against dog food, if the horse doesn't stay the trip it will rarely win. In my opinion (what really matters as I laid it with MY money) the horse was far too short given the FACTS about its proven lack of stamina. I hope that clears things up for you.

fair enough was 2 short considering but if trainer who knows what he is doing would have run in a 2m and if so many doubts would not go off 2'/7 shot,we will see next time it runs
