Kieren Fallon has instructed his solicitor to pursue legal action against the racehorse owner who attacked him at Lingfield Park last Saturday. The former champion jockey is concerned that such unsavoury incidents could be repeated unless a firm line is taken.

(1) Kieren Fallon has instructed his solicitor to pursue legal action against the racehorse owner who attacked him at Lingfield Park last Saturday.
