Kieren Fallon has instructed his solicitor to pursue legal action against the racehorse owner who attacked him at Lingfield Park last Saturday. The former champion jockey is concerned that such unsavoury incidents could be repeated unless a firm line is taken.

I believe he won damages following his "performance" on Top Cees also. Snake of a man.
He'd do anything for a few quid. Pity Stuart Webster didn't have him in court for assault.
