The meeting on April 29th is one of several arranged by Racing For Change as a free entry meeting. My local newspaper includes a voucher that requires personal details and needs to be presented at the entry points at the course. It clearly states no duplicated vouchers will be accepted. Surely members of the public do not need this form or its equivalent to gain admission?
If they just throw the doors open then the people who come can never be traced. This way they have a marketing list of people they can mailshot offers to etc. In the marketing business, info is everything. Just hope they dont sell their customers' details to tipping lines like I suspect certain betting exchanges do.
