Seems like a few on here have their own ideas about the Abernant today, but im interested in Doncaster Rover.

He started as a 2yo with a close 2nd in the Brocklesby, followed by a good win in the Lily Agnes at Chester.
Changed stables to DH Brown this time last year and won twice, first at Haydock over 6f, where he quickened up really nicely, then again at Chester in listed company.

Still quite lightly raced, got the top of the ground he loves, and although hes won twice at Chester, the Haydock win showed he should have no problems with Newmarket. He looks the class act out of these and I think hes overpriced because of his trainer - but Brown's in great form, he's 2 from 4 so far this season.

With 8 runners, a nice EW bet @ 4/1.

One of those that every time I've clocked it running it's won. I'm backing it today.
