Would have been a good winner of the RP without St Nic. Holds Dancing David and Morana on that form, race got a boost yesterday with Co-Cut winning. Stays on strongly and battles for you, I like him.

Just dunno if he'll need the run first time out or not :| I havent backed any Irish horse first time out this season so I wont change for an Engerlish one. Looks to be a nice horse for the season though if hes trained on.

I'm struggling to see what beats him, but is no price :|
DD looks the ew alternative @13/2 - 6s.
Only EK has had a run, but he'd need a massive improvement to get involved here.

i think dancing david is prob my bet!!

Form horse in the race, but I have a niggling feeling that if he gets boxed in, won't have an instant turn of foot. A horse who always needed pushing and shoving as a 2yo. Would have preferred to see him go for the Dante and not Guineas route.
Report push April 15, 2010 12:30 PM BST
Hannons horses are running well, and his horse is only 3lbs behind EP on ORatings.
Report Biodiesel April 15, 2010 12:31 PM BST
think ur right ali, I suppose a strong pace is whats his looking for and would appreciate further and with the big day ahead he maybe vunerable, at evens Il take him on
Report Biodiesel April 15, 2010 12:33 PM BST
agree Push, good spot
Report downallstar April 15, 2010 12:35 PM BST
A couple of reasons why i'm not keen to oppose the fav -
If DD was really good, wouldn't Meehan's mob be shouting about it?
Hannon's horse is friendless in the market.

Small win bet EP for me.
Report the worm April 15, 2010 12:35 PM BST
You will probably get bigger in running as pointed out earlier he doesn't quicken instantly and takes a while to hit full stride. DD for me.
Report the happy lagger April 15, 2010 12:36 PM BST
john dunlops have started ok ish, but like a lot of others, will come on for a run, great booking for the pilot tho, will hit the front from 3out and stay there.NAP
Report ilikewavingatbuses April 15, 2010 12:39 PM BST
agree, would be amazed if wasnt bigger i-r
Report REDUNDANT PUNTER April 15, 2010 12:39 PM BST
I would rather take MORANA e/w today, got within a respectable distance of the fav at Doncaster, and may be the earlier type, looked to have scope last season, and at te price would be the one for me
Cheers
Report downallstar April 15, 2010 12:41 PM BST
Agree def bigger i/r.

I suppose if you were a layer, you'd be looking at his running style & fto/fitness as to how he could possibly get beaten.
Report ilikewavingatbuses April 15, 2010 12:45 PM BST
yeah downallstar, i mean the layers will know whats going to happen with him, he'll swoop late, well atleast thats how i imagine it!!id say we'll kno his fate early, if steady pace i don't think he'll win, id be banking on atleast one of the promising types from last season progressing enough to beat him!might not be better overall but 1st race out and all that, slow pace....lay!
Report rule4 will apply April 15, 2010 12:49 PM BST
may win, but too short. this race can throw up the odd quare result. wont be backin it
Report Biodiesel April 15, 2010 1:15 PM BST
wouldnt argue with u down! his the one to beat but il take him on, not with a heavy line tho
