Had a deecnt chunk on him last time only for Daryl Jacob to get completely outridden by a 10lb claimer. The horse that beat him Marodima was booted into a 20 length early doors and Daryl left it far to late, beaten 1l at the line. There is no disgrace to that though as Marodima had won bny half a track the time before and has since ran at the Festival. He is undoubtedly well handicapped over hurdles and I think his running style should suit this track. He has been dropped in distance here but they should go a strong pace the whole way and as a strong finisher, the hill could be a huge help. His 9l 4th to Alfie Sherrin at Newbury 2 starts ago was a blinder and that form has been franked since. The 2nd, 5th, 6th and 8th all have won subsequently. Most of his form is on g/s but with Cheltenhams watering policy, the ground shouldnt be too far wrong for him. Nicely eighted here 10-12 and I think he is a cracking e/w bet as he will be staying on stronger than anything. 11/1 with VC. Good luck
This one horse i've followed closely for a couple of seasons. Nearly all of his best runs have come in the spring. Would prefer it to be slightly further (always hits a flat spot) but i'll be in today for the 11/1
