I backed....
17 with the Tote

Good job the rails have their mug punters who have no idea what they're doing :D

I backed all mine on tote no value in the bookmakers there and very difficult to move in the betting ring in on tats side. Cheltenham 100 times better from a betting point of view.

Mr. Memory-what's the point of saving up for twelve months for my favourite race meeting of the year not to have an interest on each race? The point being raised has nothing to do with being a shrewd cookie. Don't be mard :-)

The fact still remains that after weighing up the rails against the tote dividends it was nonsensical to back with the bookies e/w on 17 out of 21 occasions. This has been a prevalent trend over the past few years especially since 1/5th to 1/10th has become commonplace.

"Mully".........................You must be a brave man blessed with ample stamina to cover 21 races at Liverpool.
I hope that it was both enjoyable & profitable for you.
Best wishes.

Returned SP is the price the bookies can't lay one at, a lowest average of a carefully selected group of bookmakers who price up conservatively. You can easily beat the SP on course, unless you are a numpty.
