A very very competitive listed event here. The likely fav is sure to be the very well breed o brien trained alfred noble. His a wimmer of the phoenix stakes over 6f so today has to give weight to his rivals. His ure to go off 5/2 ish and may well be the best horse in the race but on the price i cant have him.Obriens runners are not firing yet and it will be hard for alfred to give the 7 pound to this field. The one which interests me is the weld trained stunning view.Owned by one of irelands biggest owner this son of shamardal actually takes on his half brother here in Jamaayel. He broke his maiden very impressively at galway when beating banyan tree who went on next time out to win well.He showed loads of speed that day and went in2 alot of notebooks to watch.Last time out he was upped to the mile and looked outpaced but back to 7f here he looks an ew bet @ 7/2
