i am OK now ,but last week i had a nasty fall my leg let me down and when i fell i hit my right eye on a fence post that was about 18 in from the ground, i have to say that i have had a bad time over the last year with my leg and knees.

And head, you battered it last year, I recall.

that's right knock my face about that time. but i have good friends and mostly family around me and that's a big help
