It was a review of the race, i never expected them to show 2 horses lifeless on the deck at 4 oclock in the afternoon

Well why not show it? If such fatalities are happening then why stick our heads in the sand? Why not make all racing flat only? Who wants to be assocated with needless cruelty?

I actually believe they should show all footage. I love racing and horse and these things are part and parcel of racing. We should not be ashamed of the sport, it should be out there warts and all.

they dont necessarily know do they? i thought they were but some of these tv people are just that tv people there not racing people so they dont know until it gets confirmed.

Should the broadcasters just censor the race and pretend it didn´t happen?

Anybody who follows the sport knows that these things happen, its sad but it is a part of racing. Personally if a horse I liked dies on the track I don´t want it to be erased from the history books, I would much rather its last moments were remembered.
