He certainly has a big chance as he will definitely be racing up with the pace and should be able to avoid a lot of the carnage in behind. Whether he can stay on his feet is another matter.

if/when it falls again will you change tact and suggest to lay it next time or will it be just " unlucky " frank ? and well worth another chance ,seems there is not a lot of value in backing one so unlucky at 16/1 in such a big field over such fences ,back to lay merchants will ensure this beast trades higher in running imo .
