I live just opposite the port of St Laurent -du-var, in the South of France and yes it is nice, but you take it for granted after a while. Mind you the down side is a busy road between me and the sea.

If I showed you the views from my house you'd think I was lying about it being my place.
I used to live on Hove seafront which was OK but staring across the grey English Channel gets a bit samey after a few years. |

my mum used to have a flat right on the front at hunstanton,great view over the wash with boston straight ahead and skegness over to the right,and there was no rush hour there

When I was younger I bought an old victorian house overlooking the sea as an investment.......only had a few rooms done out in my bedroom I invested in high power telescope and would sit and watch the fishermen on deck....very nice.
