for me being a scot, i think england have been massive under achievers considering the players they have had in the last twenty years or so. now before someone says it the vast majority of scots wouldnt argue we are crap but the players just arent there for whatever reason. imo england have suffered because of poor managers. cappello is a different kettle of fish and although it pains me to say it, they have a great chance to lift the world cup this year.
