Really fancy Super kenny, the question is how good is it, we know the form of the rest of the field, but this is unexposed, could be anything.

Tbf we have no idea how good Sanctuaire may be yet either. All we do know is he turned what is supposed to be one of the toughest races at the festival into a procession comprehensively beating what was supposed to be the pipe good thing of the week out of sight. 2/1 is a very fair assessment imo. Super Kenny - also entered in Champion 4yo Hurdle at Punchestown that Punjabi won so obviously well thought of, and he comes here fresh. Hopefully wind will dry ground a bit more as well.

Super Kenny was much shorter than Soldatino for Triumph until it met with setback.
Soldatino beat Ultimate on bridle, as did Super Kenny. I think id Super Kenny turned up it would have won or been close to winning Triumph. If it showed that level of form would be fav today. 5/1 good value to win. |

the one thing i have learned in the past few years, is beware cheltenham form, and those horses that more than likely been trained to peak for that meet. super kenny and me voici appeal in this race for this very reason, but i fancy super kenny more.

In the weeks leading up to the festival i had the opinion that Henderson camp thought more of Super Kenny, no first hand knowledge to back it up just my opinion.

beware cheltenham form is a give for many years. mainly due to 2 factors:
1) Horses that peaked for Cheltenham find it hard to peak again 3 weeks later. 2) Cheltenham is an undulating track where Aintree is a flat track. horses for courses I say |

Super kenny is very exposed on flat form? listed class beats all those 60 70 rated handicappers in this?

Super Kenny close 3rd to a horse who ran close 2nd off 100 at Meydan, lots of improvement imo and only 2nd season racing.

If Me Voici was trained by Nicholls would be a 3/1 shot.
Small stables dont avoid Cheltenham and the prize money on offer without good reason, at 7/1 i think its an EW steal. Hendersons horse could be anything. But Me Voici has it in the book and has improved considerably with each run. |

Koi, although its best form was on heavy, the trainer thinks it will be best on Good - Good to soft. He was pulled from the Triumph because the ground was too soft in the trainers opinion.

Me Voici was pulled at Chelt because they thought the ground was going to be too quick. Have backed him today, but I fear the ground may be too quick, we'll soon find out after the first race.

cant see many if any finishing in front of ORSSIPIUS, looks a good e/w choice, not beaten too far by todays fav, was never travelling early, but stayed in touch and stayed on well, would imagine today the pace will be punishing, and expect this one to go very well good luck
