Pandora, what you're suggesting is they abolish steward's enquiries. If not you could say that for every one. That one should lose it on the balance of probability.

makes a mockery of the sport where this type of thing is allowed to go on.
So you are allowed by fair means or foul to carry another horse across the entire width of the track and be allowed to keep the race.
The jockey on the second not allowed to ride a finish the horse out of a stride pattern, beaten 1/2 a length, what a Joke

Disagree the us is better. Seen some horses scoot home,and get DISQ for minor infringements
