I've had an account with them since 1968 and, unlike a lot on here, I have nothing but praise for them - the cheques a bit late, mine's in the post, no one died - a handful of blips in 42 years makes them more reliable than anyone else I've dealt with

So where is my cheque. The guy i spoke to this morning said it had been sent out then told me it hadn't and he wanted to blame everybody but the Pope. Customer services thought they had been dropped in the s*it big time. Communication at Willies must be dire. They blamed the bank holiday then the grand national. Can you get your head around that.

Cheques were similarly late due to a technical hitch within the last 12 months. Not that it matters ... my (completely unshrewd) credit account is marked £10 max.

Wee eck .. do you get preferential treatment then? For us mere plebs we just get pooped on when we win. I mean .. is that good enough service in your considered opinion? Surely there are better operators out there who value good customers.
