It's the BHA's fault, they never punish jockeys that don't ride out they even gave one young lad a fine and suspension because he gave the horse a crack when out of contention.. What signal does that send out. Their thinking seems to be if you can't win you just coast home.It's not what punters want if you have had an EW bet or just a place bet.Punters should have a bigger say in the policing of the sport.
