By:
utter filth firm
By:
Yeah well I hardly ever bet with them for reputations' sake.. but they were stand out price and I didn't quite envisage being done 5 points out of a price. I can't take it to a higher level if they choose to shaft me then?
By:
corals were 25/1 then with the n/r they adjusted their odds to 14/1
By:
Thye did exactly the same to me. Then 2 weeks later, closed my account. Had to email and call about 10 times to get an outstanding antepost winner honoured.
This firm are the sc*m of the earth. |

Haha has anyone actually have any good things to say about Corals? Tells the story by itself don't it. Doesn't sound like I've got much hope then.. great.

Dear Mr Weston,
Thank you for your message and congratulations on your win today! I have looked at your betting history, and I can see that you placed this particular bet at 09:56:02. Unfortunately, the odds were changed at 09:55:50, just 12 seconds before you placed your bet. Unfortunately, as the odds were changed before you placed your bet, the 20/1 odds still stand. To prevent this misunderstanding from reoccuring, please ensure that you refresh your web page just before you place your bet (you can do this quickly by pressing the F5 key at the top of your keyboard). Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused by this confusion. Kind Regards, Helen Coral Customer Services What the hell? Isn't there any price change alert law?! So if they decided to put the horse at 5/1 favourite I would of been stuck with it. Unbelievable! |

bad times 4 corals again :_|
By:
F5 X-(
still you could look at it that you backed a 20-1 winner and a 5-1 loser :| |
By:
Lol I'm laughing, not even sure why, just so stupid. So basically advice is to just constantly press F5 because they can't be bothered to implement software to the system including a price change alert? Or is that a good way of conning people in to a false price. Just**how you can think you're backing a horse at a certain price and then they tell you it's actually 5 points shorter.. it's like going to a shop and buying something you think is a tenner, but you get charged 5 quid extra with no knowledge. *sigh*
By:
They can get away with whatever they like. sorry.
By:
Haha I could think of it that way.. and I know I should be thankful that it won and all, but we all know that 5 points is a lot of money. Let's say you backed a horse which you thought was 10/1 but you was only given 5/1.. it would seem a whole lot worse right? Anyway fk it, got me by the bol lox aint' they.

By:
I got 29 on here last night. Thought it was way too big.
By:
If your reciept says 25/1 they have to pay 25s.
By:
^ then he woke up having nightmares,
By:
Sorry Ryan,i backed it at 25s at 9.54 and 49 seconds which is why they cut the price.I requested a monkey, but only got 100.
To be fair i expect that the amended price would have shown on the final confirmation page before you pressed accept, but i couldn't say 100%. This firm are spineless snakes just like the rest of them, but i do think that they are the most difficult firm to win money from because their prices are rarely wrong. They will accept a chunky bet when they want to lay one,but are just as happy as the next firm to knock you back if you've caught them napping. |

All the people on here who think that long established, multi million pound,PLC companies deliberately come up with tricks to fleece the customers that they fight so hard to recruit from their competitors really need to get a grip.
