Has this horse really improved by 2 1/2 stones in the last 4 months? For years its been getting beaten and well beaten running off marks in the 60s/early 70s and dropped to a low off 56 three years ago! Amazingly was still a maiden until November, the very testing ground seems to have suited it recently but would appear to have little chance against Sumdancer on that ones run against Rince Donn 2 outings ago but thats hardly one to rely on.
My feeling is that it has won weak races against horses unsuited to testing conditions, any thoughts on this one today fellas?

sure to be trying,has improved,but has had a hard season,def not a lay.
agree SP, took it on at crapstow lto, and he was only the buzzer, sorry horse who handled the conditions in the race.he walked over the line and looked out on his legs but still won.i was of the same opinion today to get him in the book,however,this outfit are more or less always trying.he has to be a lay at anything shorther than a bottle.
along the same lines zeb, but this is his 4th run inside a month almost, two of which were on desperate ground.it has to catch up soon
tld,who of the four running against him would you have confidence in,the one paced mare,the headgear is our clutch at straws,the return from a year off,or the yoyo stable?

Star Galaxy - Not bet for me, wouldnt be backing at this price but yard always tries and with 4 runners hard to lay with confidence.

exactly zeb, i have not got confidence in any tbh, however, i believe that star galaxy may well cry enough today
It's a tricky one isn't it, was well beaten off 77 when refused behind Keyneema at Hereford and beat the free going head strong Littleton Aldor off 84 at chepstow, beaten by Sebastiano(just) off 96 less rhys 3lb and beat 3 opponents last time. Find it difficult to believe is a genuine 100+ horse but if Sumdancer doesn't turn up might well do it again, won't be backing it but all credit to the trainer if it wins again.
stewart - christan williams gone to towc for one ride, do you reckon its worth a tenner?
Heavier the better for that one, has run its best races on a stiff track might get placed but looks to have its share of weight imo, ask abd he may tell you more.
oh him, his a pro punter,they don't give much away on here,is he successful with his towc punting?
Williams was going for 2 rides wasn't he! No idea if he's a successful punter but may know a bit about this one imo.
Ive have done well out of star galaxy, when he was rated 71 i was told from a good source that he was working easily 20lb better so i think hes excedded everyones expectations, would have been ready for the wagon prior to his new lease of life so credit to all concerned whatever he runs like today.

Yep, did it well but really hasn't beaten much again imo, put it up another 6lbs and that should put the kybosh on it!
