Has learned to settle and so has improved with the finishing well second to the brilliant Winter Power in the Nunthorpe proving his group 1 credentials.

Much will depend on how much they water but it doesn’t look like rain.
Backed Starman for this at 7/2 10 days ago, when the long range forecast appeared favourable. It is usually soft to heavy, so will deffo have his ground. Agree there are one or two at big odds that could run well..
Starman does look the jolly; 'even' money, and lbs superior to the rest. Only pilot error will scupper his July Cup triumph. Good luck all!
if this is a proper g1 sprint, then i'd hate to see what a bad one would look like.......moulin on sunday looks dire.
gone for my old fav summerghand a good bit to find on the ratings but his beating of oxted gives him a chance and 28/1 each way looks fair imo,a fast run race will suit and back to form last time .
Think Art Power should be second fav on it’s runs at Ascot and Newmarket where it was badly drawn both times.

Taken a chance on Art Power e-w 4 places. Blazed a trail at Newmarket on the far side and only beaten less than 2 lengths.Hoping for a fast start and enough in the tank at the business end.
Thanks Bobbyjo and I hope you were on. I am not a big backer. Usually a fiver of a tenner here and there. But the Nunthorpe second, better over 6 furlongs, liking the predicted going….. 25/1 was a mistake by the layers and quite a big one. Opportunities like that tend not to come round so very often!

Great shout COT - one of the best of the season on here, if not the best.
WD, 11 ran in the haydock sprint cup, they had raced 192 times, emaraaty ana had achieved a list topping speed figure of 112 in the nunthorpe and 1st and 2nd yesterday ran 110 109 top speeds, thought it was a mistake running starman in france, the winner had a favourable draw and that made the difference on the day.
